San Francisco is notorious for its less-than-warm summer weather. That's no exception, especially today... It's cloudy, and cold. To escape, it's easy enough to head inland where temperatures average 80 to 100 in the summer months. On Sunday, I headed up with my roommate Megan, and a number of high school friends to go river rafting on the American River in Sacramento. Less river rafting, and more casually floating down, although it was a lot of fun.
River rafting is an all-day excursion, and being out in the sun had me zonked all of yesterday. NOTE: Apply liberal amounts of sunscreen, especially on your back-- I look like a lobster.
This weekend is the Send-Off Party for the Class of 2012. Gary Ross, Colgate's Dean of Admission will be there as well as many of my classmates. I'm looking forward to it!
